If you want to get into the adult industry, the more exposure you have the greater chance you'll have to break in.

What I mean by exposure is making your own footage, and getting that footage in the right hands.

Obviously, there are thousands of men wanting the same job you want. My advice would be to create your own footage showcasing your talent.

Also, I would attend every adult event possible (like AVN) and literally hand every producer a disk showing them you've actually performed your talents in front of the camera.

Every producer will ask the following question "Where can I see some of your work?"

While most guys will have nothing to show for, you'll be armed with material on the spot.

Also...

I would concentrate on getting adult jobs from medium sized adult companies for further exposure, which could lead to landing a paying job with some of the larger studios.

The more work you do, the more work you will get.
